USA Track & Field (USATF)
USA Track and Field is the official
governing body for
The San Diego-Imperial USATF Association is the local branch of the national USATF organization in southern California’s San Diego and Imperial counties. Our aim is to support and serve the region’s athletes and programs participating in the five sporting disciplines listed above. We sanction and record local track and field events in behalf of the national USATF, implementing and interpreting its rules and regulations. We are a volunteer-run, nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization.
San Diego-Imperial USATF publishes a schedules of
local events (click on the links to the left). Our members include male and female
athletes of all ages and developmental levels, including club, school, college and
university athletes, and certified officials. We recruit, train, and certify
event officials; coach youth athletes; present annual awards; recruit and train
volunteers; and educate the public about track and field.
We welcome your interest and invite your support. If you would like to participate
